David Wagner

David Wagner has spent over three decades developing his own successful businesses.  In addition to the time required to initiate and run his own companies, he has devoted much of his life to humanitarian causes in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.  David is heavily involved in cross-cultural interactions and traveled extensively as an executive for the international companies he has owned.

His early business successes provided him with the opportunity to work in developing countries.  At age twenty-eight, David and his family helped pioneer the United States Peace Corps Family program in Ghana, West Africa.

After a successful career in business, Mr. Wagner is currently volunteering as an international business consultant.  He has provided his expertise to introducing entrepreneurship into developing economies such as the Ukraine, Russia, Namibia, Ethiopia, Thailand, and Cambodia.

Following his early retirement, David and his wife, Flo, fulfilled a lifelong dream of backpacking through Asia.  For over a year they traveled with only a change of clothes and a lap top computer.  They lived adventures only previously imagined.  Eager to bring his experiences to others, David has written about the trials of backpacking in underdeveloped areas.  David and his wife have returned from a one year sojourn through India writing and doing volunteer work in impoverished areas.  He has finished his first manuscript Unpaved Roads and is now writing about being one of the first families to enter the Peace Corps in 1971 in Ghana, West Africa.
